1:30pm to 2.30pm - Lunch

1:30 to 5:30pm Waipara Valley Riesling Showcase

2:30 to 4:00pm - The Riesling Challenge

4:30 to 5:30pm - Waipara Valley Showcase

5:30 - 6:30pm Cleansing Ale

6:30 - 10:30pm Waipara Valley Grand Riesling Dinner in Restaurant

10:30pm (Approx.) - Bus back to Christchurch
